Xenopus gene name was updated, changing from XB995201 to nucb2l based on synteny and a quick homology/orthology analysis using DIOPT/EggNog tool, which aligned the partial protein to 3 similar proteins in X. tropicalis: nucb1 (chr7), clmp (chr7), nucb2 (chr4).
