the 3' end of this clone  XL105j10 BLASTS to the casc1 gene in X. laevis 9.1 gene model, but  note the 5" end of the clone BLAST matches the lrmp gene.
 
little to no data is available for casc1, but as lrmp has been identified as a cillia gene, in a 2015 study from the Wallingford lab, the  XBD screen embryos with epidermal/ciliated or non-cilia ed cells have been separated from the other images using this clone and posted on the lrmp gene page/community submitted images.
