It aligned to 900+ other proteins from 68 species (including to other ''Xenopus tropicalis'' proteins) in the IGKV family. As the human genes which are named igkv3-20– immunoglobulin kappa variable 3-20, we have provisonally adopted this name. As there is some variability in subfamilies, I have provisionally added the like suffix, and as several genes exist, I've given them=m serial numbers, this gene being 1. | ||

Name gene name and symbol changed from XB5758396 to igkv3-20l1 immunoglobulin kappa variable 3-20 like 1.
