Human name has changed for Entrez Gene: 83696. From trafficking protein particle complex 9 to trafficking protein particle complex subunit 9
Note this is a 2nd ''trappc9'' gene as annotaed in ''X. tropicalis'' genome v7.1, and is named ''trappc9.2'', trafficking protein particle complex subunit 9 gene 2, as it likely it arose from a gene duplication event. The ''trappc9.2'' gene may not withstand further investigation as it does not appear inthe 2019 v10.0 ''X. tropicalis''  genome annotation build.  If you resolve this issue, please contact Xenbase and we will amend or remove this gene page accordingly.

nomenclature changes

2.17.2021 Human name has changed for Entrez Gene: 83696. From trafficking protein particle complex 9 to trafficking protein particle complex subunit 9

Note this is a 2nd trappc9 gene as annotaed in X. tropicalis genome v7.1, and is named trappc9.2, trafficking protein particle complex subunit 9 gene 2, as it likely it arose from a gene duplication event. The trappc9.2 gene may not withstand further investigation as it does not appear inthe 2019 v10.0 X. tropicalis genome annotation build. If you resolve this issue, please contact Xenbase and we will amend or remove this gene page accordingly.
