nomenclature changes

Xenopus gene name changed from carbonic anhydrase XIII to carbonic anhydrase 13 gene 1

This name update is because a) the human name has changed from using roman numerals to arabic numerals, and b) a duplicated ca13 genes was identified in X. tropicalis and X.laevis on chromosomes 6/6L/6S.

Subsequently ca13.1 is added as as synonym.

A new gene page is being created fro these ca13.2 genes
