nomenclature and annoatation updates

Following review by NCBIs RefSEq team, [RSCOM-697] the Nomenclature for X. tropicalis tll1 and LOC100495742 has been reassessed.

Synteny and protein similarity comparisons suggest that Xtrop GeneID:493401 was misidenitifed as 'tll1' and actually is the ortholog of Xenopus laevis astl2e.2.L (GeneID:494813). Subsequently, the gene model previously called tll1 i has been moved to the astl2e.2 genepage.

The protein encoded by LOC100495742 (GeneID:100495742) is the ortholog of human TLL1 (GeneID:7092) nad is now placed in its correct place on this gene page!
