Note that human has a duplication at the TUBA4 locus, and thus genes are namds TUBA4A and TUBA4B.

NCBI list only mammalian orthologs of TUBA4B, so all other tuba4's get the 'a' suffix.

(This gene should not have been changed from 'a' to 'b', our apologies for any confusion this may have caused, and is hereafter changed back to tuba4a in Xenopus.
