nomenclature updates

19MAY2026 Xenopus gene nomenclature was updated, changing from rgs11, regulator of G-protein signaling 11 to rgs9, regulator of G-protein signaling 9. These genes were misidetified as each other in the v10 genome annotation. This change is supported by synteny.
