nomenclature changes

Synteny suggests that Xenopus mettl2b has been misidentified and is not a true ortholog of human METTL2B, but instead is the orthologous to human METTL2A. The chick gene is also misnamed. NCBI orthology predictions confirm this!

Note that METTL2B is [so far] only annotated in primates.

Thus the genes in Xtrop and Xlaevis on chr10 and 9_10L have been renamed mettle2a.
