nomenlcature updates

Following NCBIs orthology assertion, this gene was renamed bola2b.

Note that human BOLA2B is located within a region of a segmental duplication on chromosome 16 and is identical to BOLA2 (bolA family member 2).

There is only 1 copy of the gene in Xenopus.
