nomenclature changes

04MAY2026

Xenopus gene was renamed, changing from washc2a, WASH complex subunit 2A to washc2c, WASH complex subunit 2C in X. tropicalis based on syteny and orthology prediction by NCBI. Synteny isn't 100% on this change, as there is a bit of gene orer rearrangement, but washc2c is very close to the orthologous/adjacent genes as in human ( eg., ZFAND4 and ALOX5).
