the mis-match between Xenopus and human gene symbopls/names will consistently trigger a gene name change alert in the monthly Entrez Gene report- (Human symbol has changed for genepage ID: 988334 From cmah to CMAHP) DO NOT change the Xenopus symbol- this is a good protein coding gene model in the v10 genome assemblies for Xenopus.
