orthogy and synteny
Synteny (gene pattern) is not conserved between Human/mouse and Xenopus for this trat1-like gene, although DIOPT/EggNog does match the protein with TRAT1 ortholgy group of 85 proteins/species with very high confidence.
For this reason, we will keep the Human TRAT1 listed as the ortholog, but do not change its name from trat1l as there is another trat1 gene in Xenopus, represented on XB-GENEPAGE-949454, which are the true [syntenic] orthologs.
