oxidative stress responsive 1 (oxsr1), is aka oxidative stress-responsive kinase 1, is frequently referred (erroneously) by some authors by the gene symbol 'osr1' ( odd-skipped related transciption factor 1 ) which has lead to some confusion in databases where cross referencing occurs via matching gene symbols.
