X. tropicalis dok1.2 was identified as NCBI-ID:101730410, XB-model:XBXT10g010055, previously "LOC101730410", by synteny and sequence homology with neighbouring gene dok1. dok1.2 appears to only be present in X. tropicalis in the current assembly and not in X. laevis chr1L or chr1S.
