There were 2 separate gene models on unplaced scaffolds in the v9.1 X. tropicalis genome assembly, both being assigned to different gene pages and enter/NCBI Ids on Xenbase. To reconlile the Xtrop models, I have moved them both to a single XB-gene-ID , supporting the v10 Xtrop gene at XB-GENE-6465555, along with the v10 model for Xtr. relt Gene ID:101732513.
