Name gene name and symbol changed from XB5758397 to igkv3-20l2 immunoglobulin kappa variable 3-20 like 2. | |||
This gene was named following alignement of the ''X. tropicalis and X. laevis'' proteins to precalculated orthology groups in the DIOPT program, EggNogg. It aligned to 900+ other proteins from 68 species (including to other Xenopus tropicalis proteins) which are named igkv3-20– immunoglobulin kappa variable 3-20. As there is some variability in subfamilies, I have provisionally added the like suffix, and as several genes exist, I've given them serial numbers, this gene being 2. | |||
