100X Benzocaine
Sigma Cat #E1501-500g (500 g tub)
100X stock is 5% = 5 g/100 ml 100% ethanol
Dilute to 1X working solution with DI H2O
Final solution is 0.05% = 0.05g/100ml 1% ethanol
pH should be corrected to 6.8 - 7.0 with NaHCO3.
Store at -20C
