The ''ccl27'' and ''ccl28'' genes in ''Xtrop and Xlaevis'' had the names switched in the v10 genome annotations. Based on Synteny, and following human gene names/symbols, the C-C motif chemokine ligand 27 genes are those that are flanked by TMEM267, and the C-C motif chemokine ligand 28 genes are flanked by IL11RA, Both genes being on Chr1/1L in ''Xenopus''.
I have tried to get this right on 4th gene pages, with the appropriate names, Gene IDs and gene models , although I will take a fw weeks for all associated dat to move between gene pages. {CJZ}

Nomenclature changes
07OCT2024
Xenopus laevis gene symbol changed from LOC108718397 to ccl27
Xenopus laevis gene name changed from C-C motif chemokine 28 to C-C motif chemokine 27 based on conserved synteny with X.tropicalis ccl27, Also note that NCBI ID as the Xtrop gene as the ortholog of human CCL27.
