Note that the ''X. laevis tjp1.L'' gene model is mis-named on NCBI as the .S gene, which it is not! The model is correctly placed on chr3L, supported by synteny. This name will be corrected on NCBi at the next data resynch betweeen Xenbase and NCBI. | |||

Note that the X. laevis tjp1.L gene model is mis-named on NCBI as the .S gene, which it is not! The model is correctly placed on chr3L, supported by synteny. This name will be corrected on NCBi at the next data resynch betweeen Xenbase and NCBI.
