XB-GENE-993435 (Gene Symbol: gpat3; Gene Name: glycerol-3-phosphate acyltransferase 3) is associated with GeneID 493261. This nomenclature belongs on GeneID 100485787. GeneID 493261 is the ortholog of human GeneID 51142, CHCHD2, coiled-coil-helix-coiled-coil-helix domain-containing protein 2. Please update the nomenclature for both XB IDs.

This Xenopus tropicalis gene model has been remanmed chchd2, coiled-coil-helix-coiled-coil-helix domain-containing protein 2, and gpat3 is now associated with XB-GENE-29077995, GeneID 100485787, which is the ortholog of human GeneID 84803, GPAT3.

Orthologs and synonyms have been updated ( swapped) between gene pages as well.
