Xenopus gene name has changed from polr3e, polymerase (RNA) III (DNA directed) polypeptide E (80kD) gene1 (sic) to polr3e.2, polymerase (RNA) III (DNA directed) polypeptide E (80kD) gene 2.

This is supported by synteny as a duplicated gene pair eef2k + polr3e in X tropicalis only.
