nomenclature changes

This is the second 'bdh1' gene identified by David Webb at NCBI RefSeq project, and is called bdh1b, '3-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase, type 1 B'

These genes have no human orthologs, being restricted to non-mammalian vertebrates.
