Xenopus gene symbol changed from LOC448216 to ctsk.2

Xenopus gene from cathepsin K (pycnodysostosis) to cathepsin K gene 2

This gene name change is supported by synteny ( comparing Human, rat, Xenopus and zfish), as this gene appears to be 1 of several Xenopus specific tandem duplicates of 'ctsk'.
