Functional characterization of teh Xtrop protein in Eggnog, matches >15,000 proteins, of which 172 seqs are from Xenopus. FUnctionally, this protein is a identified as involved in GO:MFs Post-translational modification, protein turnover, and chaperones, it is likely a TRIM family member, although which one is not determined.
