nomenclature changes

annotation notes

The wnt3.S [GeneID: 108702370] gene was annotated as a psuedogeene in the original release of the v10 assembly, however this was an error,as there is expression data confirming the gene is indeed protein coding.

There is a JGI annotation with a different splice site in exon 3 that seems fine (i.e. no early termination codons).

Acceptin this as an error, NCBI has changed to biotype from "pseudogene" to "protein coding" and created NM_001444376.1 which encodes a 342aa precursor protein.
