nomenclature changes

13APR2026 Xenopus gene symbol was changed from LOC116410894 to prkcql follwoing human nomencalture for thus gene/protein. Note that orthology has not been assessed, and there are more prkcql genes in Xenopus which seem to be tandem duplicates. However, note the previous Xenopus gene with same symbol was incorrectly assigned the 'q' for theta, as it is a delta type, and was renamed prkcdl.
