nomenclature updates

18MAY2026

Xenopus gene nomenclature was updated, changing from LOC100486641, proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 5 to pcsk5l, proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 5 like.

This change gives this loci a more meaningful name, and by adding the like suffix, recognizes that true PCSK5 orthologs are on Chr1/1L/1S (see XB-GENEPAGE-959595).
