The X. laevis npy1r genes (Entrez Gene: 108696448 and Entrez Gene: 378693) were mis-annotated in the v10 genome, being called npy2r.L and npy2r.S.

Synteny and sequence similarity support the change of name and migration for these genes from this npy2r gene page to npy1r gene page (XB-GENEPAGE-983412).

Note that both genes are on Chromsome 1/1L/1S in this conserved syntenic pattern:
