Xenopus gene name changed from LOC100489108, collagenase 3 to mmp13.2 matrix metallopeptidase 13 gene 2. This change is supported by synteny, as this gene is a tandemly duplicated gene in X. tropicalis adjacent to mmp13 on Chr2.
