nomenclature changes

08/102026

Xenopus gene symbol and name changed names from from LOC100496053, chromaffin granule amine transporter to slc18a1.8, solute carrier family 18 member A1 gene 8, prompted by orthology calls from NCBI and supported DIOPT and synteny analysis.

Note that X.tropicalis has 8 copies of 'slc18a1' genes (scl18a1 through slc18a1.8) on Chr3.

'X. laevis similary has 10 copies of slc18a1 on Chr3L, and a further 6 copies (including a pseudogene) on Chr3S.

Note that true slc18a2' genes are found on Chr7/7L/7S in Xenopus.
