clone information

from the initial image upload from the XDB (Ueno Lab) screen, 2 sets of embryos seemed clearly different from each other, despite being generated using the same clone/probe =XL105j10. This clone matches the lrmp gene in the XB db, but all the images were assigned to the casc1 gene page.

-the 3' end of this clone XL105j10 BLASTS to the casc1 gene model, but the 5" end of the clone BLAST matches the lrmp gene.

-no other data is available for casc1,

-lrmp has been identified as a cillia gene, in a 2015 study from the Wallingford lab. Tthe XBD screen embryos with clear punctate epidermal gene expression have been separated from the other images generated using this clone and are now posted on the irag2 ( formerly called lrmp) gene page, as community submitted images.
