XB-GENEPAGE-5852382 symbol and name has changed from alg13 to alg13l, UDP-N-acetylglucosaminyltransferase subunit-like.

Xtr. GeneID: 549862 and Xla, Gen Id 431927 are ag13l resides in this pattern TAT>... ...CHST4>..."ALG13">...ATXN1L>...ZNF821<...IST1> on chromosome 4. Note that it will take some time for the alg13 to be renamed alg13l in the Xtrop. v10.7 genome build.

ALSO Note that ag13l seems to be unique to Xenopus, as Nanorana parkeri and caecilians seem to lack this gene.

Based on synteny the true alg13 ortholog is Xtr GeneID: 100145625, which consistently resides in this pattern in tetrapods: PAK3>...CAPN6<...DCX<...ALG13>...TRPC5>... ...LHFPL1< on chromosome 1.
