Xenopus gene name changed from MGC89248 , uncharacterized protein MGC89248" to retinol dehydrogenase 16 gene 3, rdh16.3 following DIOPT suite of tools orthology analysis, and conserved synteny showing it is a tandem duplicate on Chr2/2L of the rdh16 gene.
