Note that to resolve a conflict in gene symbols, as there are several duplicates of rnf112 annoated in X. tropicalis and X. laevis, some of the gene names have been updated. This gene will remain as rnf112 gene 1, and the adjacent gene in X. laevis will be called rnf112.2.L. The expansion includes 4 genes X. tropicais and X. laevis S subgenome, and we will combine sequence alignment and synteny to determine the best homologs for these 2x X. laevis L genes.
