nomenclature changes

Following review by HGNC and RefSeq [RSCOM-818], the nomenclature for these genes has changed due to a symbol clash with zebrafish. As Xenopus and other models follow human nomenlcature the following genes will all change from tmem88b to tmem278.

Issue: Human has TMEM88 (GeneID: 92162) and zebrafish has named the two orthologs as tmem88a (ZDB-GENE-040426-1808, GeneID: 402969) and tmem88b (ZDB-GENE-060929-644, GeneID: 100004517). Unfortunately, human also has TMEM88B (GeneID: 643965) which is orthologous to zebrafish GeneID:101887175 (no official symbol. NCBI calls it tmem88b-like). So, while the zebrafish tmem88a/b genes are orthologs of human TMEM88 there's potential confusion about the orthology to human TMEM88B - particularly since there's no official zebrafish symbol yet for the orthologous GeneID:101887175.

Solution: Human TMEM88B to TMEM278 is an agreeable solution to all concerned parties. These are the TMEM88B orthologs that will have their symbols updated to TMEM278. ZDB-GENE-060929-644, GeneID: 100004517 would remain as tmem88b:
