nomenclature changes

gene name changed from kif28p to kif28, removing the 'p', as this is a protein coding gene in Xenopus, and not a psuedogene as it is in Human.

this mismatch will repeatedly be falgged in eh manthly entrez gene reports- just ingnore and do not change name.
