nomenclature updates

09/2019 Xenbase genome and gene model annotation has shown that there are four 'prostaglandin reductase 1' genes in Xenopus: ptgr1.1, .ptgr1.12 ptgr1.3 and ptgr1.4.

All Xenopus genes are orthologous with human PTGR1 (Entrez GENE:22949)

(note do not revert name or symbol back to match human names/symbol based on mismatch in the Entrez gene report)
