maternal Dnd1 is required for nanos1 translation

dnd1 binds nanos1 RNA- it can be co-purified

dnd1 physically interacts with binding partner eIF3F

dnd1 antagonises the inhibitory effect of eIF3F

dnd1 low amounts before fertilization, and massively increased after fertilization.
