nomenclature changes

Following a review of genome annotation by the NCBI refseq project, the human gene MICAL2 (upstream) and MICALCL (downstream) have been merged. See: JIRA ticket RSCOMM-156 for details [1]

Subsequently, Xenbase has merged these two gene pages/gene models as well, taking the following steps:

1) we will delete the MICALCL gene page: XB-GENEPAGE-959787

micalcl will be added as a synonym of mical2

2) keep the MICAL2 gene page, XB-GENEPAGE-959229

gene symbol: mical2

gene name: microtubule associated monooxygenase, calponin and LIM domain containing 2

Note that previous name for the LOCs in X.laevis was "F-actin-monooxygenase mical2-like"

3) update model to v10 for X. tropicalis: XB-GENE-959230 Entrez GeneID:100487018

new v10 gene model: XBXT10g002637 ( chromosome 4)

4) Add v9.2 X. laevis.L gene model: gene49084 X. laevis XB-GENE-6486853 (mical2.L) Entrez GeneID:108713737

5)Add v9.2 X. laevis.S gene model :gene32160 X. laevis XB-GENE-17343703 (mical2.S) Entrez GeneID:108715283
