nomenclature updates

Xenopus gene symbol and gene name were changed from XB1001290, golgin B1 to golgb1l, golgin B1 like for these Chr4/4L/4S genes, to give them a) a meaningful symbol based on characterization of protein and to b) disambiguate them from golgb1 genes.

Note that Xenopus golgin b1 genes on Chr3/3L/3S are represented on XB-GENEPAGE-965924.
