nomenclature updates

Xenopus gene nomenclature was updated to follow the names of human orthologs as assessed by NCBI, from ‘’ca5b, carbonic anhydrase VB, mitochondrial’’ to “ca5a, carbonic anhydrase 5A’’.

Synteny supports this, where gene order is conserved between frog and chick, human and mouse: SLC7A5< CA5A< BANP>

Note that Xenopus therefore does not have ca5a/L/S genes.
