Xenopus genes have been renamed, changing from 'LOC100145789, uncharacterized LOC100145789 to selenoi2, selenoprotein I2 following review by NCBI refSeq curator, David Webb.

 XB-GENEPAGE-29077514 can be updated to SELENOI2/ 'selenoprotein I2' [and note this isn't selenoprotein 12 but rather is letter i 2 (I2)] so that an informative official symbol is assigned for Gene ID:100145789 (Xtr) and Xla.L (GeneID:108719241).Thanks,David
