nomenclature updates

Xenopus gene name was updated from LOC100491437 uncharacterised to cd59l, CD59 molecule (CD59 blood group) like based on synteny and established homology group of the Xenopus protein sequences, matching the CD59 clade in ~90 species.

However, we already have a CD59 orthlogs in Xenopus as shown on XB-genepage-1001284, so these genes are given the 'like' suffix for now.

Note that there is a similar cd59l gene in Chicken, supported by synteny.

Also note that the currently assigned cd59 genes in Xenopus do not share synteny with human/mouse rat and are on different chromosome in 'Xenopus (Chr 4 and chr9_10L)
