Xenopus gene name was updated, changing from LOC116407919, meiosis-specific coiled-coil domain-containing protein MEIOC-like to meioc.2, meiosis-specific coiled-coil domain-containing protein MEIOC gene 2.

Note this is a tandem duplicate of meioc, and is also considered an ortholog of human MEIOC.
