nomenclature updates

This 'X. tropica;is' gene was renamed, from LOC100491713, nodal homolog 3-C, nodal3.3, nodal3.3, nodal homolog 3 gene 3, based on phlyogram. It has been known for many years that there was an expansion of nodal 3s in Xenopus- in X. tropicalis- there are 3x nodal 3's, and X.laevis has 2x nodal3's.

Note that although the nodal3.1/3.1.L and nodal3.2/3.2.L genes are on the same respective umbrella gene pages, phylogenetic analaysis of these genes show that they are intraspecific duplications, in-paralogs, not an ancestral expansion where e.g., the X. trop nodal3.2 and X. laevis nodal3.2.L would be each others closest genetic match.
