In X. tropicalis v9.1 and v10 slc5a8.1 is on Chromosome 3, in the following gene order:

XtrChr10: [prov]muc1>. anno4> [prov]slc5a8.2< slc5a8.1> utp20> arl1< spic>

A second 'slc5a8' gene is annotated on Chr 10, but although this is not present in the v10 annotation, it remains in the Xenbase liftover genome.
