This screen shot shows the position where teh grhr.S gene model 'should' be. It was annotated in the v9.1 assembly for X.laevis, but is absent from the v10 assembly from NCBI/Xenbase, however a transcript is present in the UCB genome assembly. as shown, labelled Xelaev1017040842m.g

There is transcript support for this ghrh.S gene model in adult tissues RNA-Seq data from v9.1
