nomenclature updates

This gene seems to have been misnamed/mis-identified. Orthology analysis and synteny support the name change from ascl3 to ascl4.

These gene models, all on Chr3, have been renamed, from ascl3, achaete-scute family bHLH transcription factor 3, to ascl4, achaete-scute family bHLH transcription factor 4.

Orthologs have been updated following those recognized by NCBI:Human ASCL4 geneID: 121549 et al.

Note: TRUE ASCL3 is LOC116410552, achaete-scute family bHLH transcription factor 3, on Chr 4. Yes, ascl3 is in chr4 and ascl4 is on chr3!
