Following review by NCBIs RefSeq team, RSCOM-686 “Both XB-GENE-5952997 (chr 2) and XB-GENE-985534 (chr 1) have identical gene symbols and names” , nomenclature for this gene changed from trmt9b, tRNA methyltransferase 9B (putative), to trmt9bl, tRNA methyltransferase 9B like, until further characterized.
